  1. I have Window 10, and a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse. Keyboard model 820-006477 and it came with the M-185 mouse. I was noticing sluggish response from my keyboard. Waiting a while would fix the problem at first, but it eventually came back. The problem continued to get worse. I did all the suggested “fixes”; batteries (in the keyboard) different USB port, etc. The mouse continued to work with no issues- then eventually the keyboard would not work at all. No amount of fiddling would make it work. And of course, there was no way to get into Device Manager, even though earlier I had uninstalled and replaced the already up to date driver. What finally solved the problem was removing the batteries from both the keyboard AND the mouse- even thought the mouse was working fine. It took me a while to figure this out- and hopefully it may help someone else in the future.
