  1. Unable to delete the file. I need “system permission” to alter / delete the file. I am the owner / administrator for the PC but, I’m locked out from touching this corrupted file. I have deleted & reinstalled Office 365 twice, and “Microsoft Outlook Communications” still freezes up all of my e-mail . Now what?
